About the role
The Vice President is responsible for operational efficiency across the company to ensure budget targets are met and operations are executed profitably. This role requires tech and systems savvy, financial acumen, data analysis, and driving metrics to improve operating margins through collaboration with executive leadership. The VP will ensure tools and support are in place for both near-term and long-term objectives while balancing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight, including financial planning, personnel, company asset management, and collaboration with executive leadership to ensure overall profitability.
- Lead the assessment, plan development, and execution of a full-scale operations and customer support strategy; formulate and implement a strategic plan.
- Provide professional management and leadership, including mentoring senior management and instilling best practices in operations and sales.
- Assess current SOPs, manage by exception, and identify key opportunities for improvement; work with the executive leadership team on strategic, tactical, and operating issues.
- Manage and report on key operational processes, financial budgets, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop an annual business plan and provide long-term growth and expansion forecasting.
- Partner with the Sales team to grow top-line revenue by implementing, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience.
- Prior experience in a director-level role or above.
- Experience managing and developing both onsite and remote teams.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and technological skills to develop, execute, and manage programs, metrics, and solutions.
- Proven track record of leading an organization through significant, profitable growth for a sustained period.
- Strong operational and financial acumen with measurable success in plan development and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
