Vice President of Operations Citadel Security USA | Las Vegas, NV | Full-Time, Exempt Salary: $125,000 per year Citadel Security USA is hiring a Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of security operations across the Nevada region. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role owns regional business performance, service delivery, client retention, and organizational growth, directly leading District Managers and Program Managers and setting the operational standards that drive consistent, compliant, and profitable service delivery across every district and contract in the region.This is a high-visibility executive role for a leader who wants to shape regional strategy, build a strong management bench, and partner directly with the COO on market expansion and organizational scaling. Responsibilities:Regional Operations LeadershipLead and develop District Managers and Program Managers across all assigned districtsSet regional operational strategy, priorities, and performance targetsConduct business reviews of district and contract performanceServe as executive point of escalation for significant client, operational, or personnel issuesP&L and Financial PerformanceOwn regional profit & loss performance, budgets, and capital expenditure decisionsAnalyze KPIs and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesPresent regional performance results and forecasts to the COO and executive leadershipPartner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and contract pricing strategyClient Relationship & Business DevelopmentServe as executive sponsor for key regional and national client relationshipsSupport new business development, contract negotiations, and client onboardingPartner with sales on proposals, pricing strategy, and strategic account planningCompliance, Safety & QualityEnsure regional operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligationsOversee audits, site inspections, and compliance reviews; drive corrective action plansPartner with Legal, HR, and Safety teams on regulatory matters and risk mitigationWorkforce LeadershipRecruit, coach, and develop regional leadership; build succession plansDrive employee engagement, retention, and a culture of accountability and service excellenceAdminister performance management in accordance with company policyStrategic PlanningPartner with the COO on market expansion and organizational scaling initiativesChampion technology and process improvements to enhance operational efficiencyContribute to company-wide strategic initiatives as a member of the extended leadership team Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in security operations or business management, including multi-site or multi-district oversightPrior experience directly managing managers (District Managers or equivalent regional leadership) strongly preferredDemonstrated experience owning P&L performance across multiple locations or contractsExperience supporting business development, contract negotiations, and executive-level client relationships preferredAdvanced knowledge of private security operations, contract requirements, post orders, and SLAsStrong analytical skills and business acumen; proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management/reporting systemsValid driver's license with a clean driving record Work Environment & TravelThis role operates across a mix of professional office and field environments, with regular travel, including overnight travel to client sites, district offices, and meetings throughout the region. Some evening, weekend, or irregular hours may be required to support operational needs or emergency response.
