Vice President of Trade Compliance

About the role

The Corporate Vice President, Trade Compliance is responsible for establishing and leading a comprehensive global trade compliance program to ensure adherence to all applicable export, import, and sanction regulations across multiple jurisdictions. This role provides strategic direction and oversight for export and import compliance activities across PCC, ensuring alignment with U.S. and foreign trade laws, including ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and other relevant regulations.

This position serves as the Company’s trade compliance authority and provides functional oversight to Division Compliance Managers (DCMs), who report via a dotted-line relationship and other corporate trade positions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a comprehensive global trade compliance program
• Ensure adherence to all applicable export, import, and sanction regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for export and import compliance activities across PCC
• Ensure alignment with U.S. and foreign trade laws, including ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and other relevant regulations
• Serve as the Company’s trade compliance authority
• Provide functional oversight to Division Compliance Managers (DCMs)

Requirements

• Must be a US Person or otherwise eligible to receive US export-controlled information

• Experience in trade compliance or related field
• Education in law, business, or a related field
