Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement, planning (including S&OP/IBP), and logistics to ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to customers.
  • Develop and execute a forward-looking supply chain strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on service, cost, and agility.
  • Drive best-in-class demand and supply planning processes to optimize inventory, service levels, and production alignment.
  • Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management, ensuring quality, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.
  • Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
  • Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to improve efficiency, resilience, and responsiveness.
  • Own budgets, cost management initiatives, and supply chain-related capital investments.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, driving engagement, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide strategy as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Significant leadership experience in supply chain within consumer goods or food manufacturing.
  • Deep expertise across planning, procurement, and logistics.
  • Proven track record managing complexity, driving transformation, and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
