About the role
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving sales operations within the Tampa area, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service. This role recruits, trains, manages, and motivates the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
- Ongoing development and training of the sales team, including conducting monthly manager trainings and goal-setting sessions.
- Participate in weekly mortgage pipeline calls for all communities and create weekly sales reports for leadership.
Requirements
- A top-producing sales management record and 5+ years of experience training, managing, and motivating a team of personnel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and grow sales teams through coaching and productive feedback.
- Saturday and Sunday work and a valid driver's license are required.
