Vice President of Revenue Management-Remote

Scope of Work

• Reports to President
• Direct Reports: Regional Directors, Area Directors, Revenue Managers and Property-level Revenue Leaders
• Full-time remote position with regular travel to properties, corporate offices, and industry events

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, including 5+ years in senior multi-property or corporate leadership roles
• Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success in driving portfolio revenue growth and market share in both branded and independent hotel environments
• Hands-on experience with independent and soft-branded hotels
• Proven experience influencing executive-level decisions and working directly with ownership groups

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Skills & Expertise

• Deep expertise in revenue management principles, commercial strategy, and global distribution
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Advanced proficiency with multiple RMS, PMS, CRS (SynXis CRS experience required/strongly preferred), GDS, channel management, and business intelligence tools
• Proven track record of leading organizational change and implementing technology solutions at scale

Other Expectations

• Ability to travel regularly for property visits, executive meetings, and industry conferences
• Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a dynamic hospitality environment

Pay

Salary: $200k-$210k
