About the role
SOL Mental Health is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize the full revenue cycle across our growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end revenue cycle strategy and operations
- Manage and optimize external RCM vendors and internal teams
- Improve billing, denial management, AR performance, and collections
- Build KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure
- Drive automation, workflow optimization, and process improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and clinical teams
- Scale systems and processes to support company growth
Requirements
- 8+ years in Revenue Cycle Management leadership
- Experience in behavioral health or multi-site healthcare organizations
- Strong knowledge of billing, denials, AR, credentialing, and payor reimbursement
- Experience leading both internal teams and external RCM vendors
- Data-driven, operationally strong, and highly collaborative
- Ability to scale systems and processes in a high-growth environment

Pay
Total on-target earnings range from $170,000–$220,000 annually
