Responsibilities

  • Own the public policy and government affairs strategy and priorities.
  • Build and manage relationships with government, regulators, and policymakers.
  • Lead advocacy, lobbying, and coalition engagement in line with company goals.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise leadership on impact.
  • Engage industry associations, community, and external stakeholders.
  • Build and lead the public and government affairs function.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 12+ years in government affairs, public policy, or related, with leadership experience.
  • Relationships: Established relationships with government and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Policy Expertise: Deep understanding of the legislative and regulatory landscape.
  • Advocacy: Track record leading advocacy and stakeholder campaigns.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and executive-representation skills.
  • Judgment: Sound political and reputational judgment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's required; advanced degree (JD/MPP) a plus.

We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $345,000 to $460,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
