Vice President of Product
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are the fastest growing personal injury firm in the country. We are building a modern platform to power every layer of how our firm operates.
HOW THIS ROLE DRIVES THE BUSINESS
- Drives the build of a custom AI-enabled CRM that automates manual intake work and increases lead conversion
- Oversees the development of a client-facing portal that improves the client experience and reduces inbound service calls
- Manages the full migration away from Salesforce and Filevine into purpose-built, integrated internal tools
- Coeaches and develops a team of Technical PMs to ship fast, build well, and stay aligned to firm goals
- Bridges the gap between product direction and engineering execution, keeping both sides moving in sync
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead a Product Team
- Directly manage up to 5 Technical Product Managers across multiple product lines
- Support the growth and success of TPMs by providing coaching and guidance that enables high-quality execution
- Help drive quarterly roadmap planning in partnership with the executive team
- Make fast, defensible tradeoff decisions without waiting for perfect data
- Ensure every initiative has a clear definition of done and a path to adoption
- Lead by example. Prototype and deliver work alongside your team for the most important feature sets
- Maintain strong product intuition and UX taste in the absence of a dedicated design team
- Review and sharpen the work your TPMs produce, raising the bar across the board
- Bring prior experience building AI-powered products and tools
- Champion AI integration across the product suite, from automated intake to intelligent case workflows
- Stay current on the AI tooling landscape and bring new capabilities to the table
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a product leadership role managing other PMs
- Proven track record shipping AI-powered or AI-integrated products
- Strong product intuition and eye for UX
- Experience driving large-scale platform migrations or greenfield builds
- Able to move fast and make decisions without perfect data
- No-ego, team-first leader who makes the people around them better
- Bias toward building, not just planning
WHO THRIVES HERE

- Bring an upbeat, no-ego energy: You show up positive, professional, and solutions-oriented. You enjoy the work, respect the people around you, and leave drama and ego at the door.

- Fast and hungry: You move with urgency and sound judgment. You prioritize progress over perfection, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are motivated by growth and impact.
The Growth
TopDog Law is one of the fastest-growing personal injury law firms in the United States and was recognized as #149 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
We already have one of the most powerful lead generation machines in the PI industry, more inbound demand than most firms could dream of. The constraint isn’t leads. It’s scale.
The gap between those two numbers represents hundreds of millions of dollars and closing it is a product and operations problem.
The VP of Product we hire will build the platform that makes this growth trajectory possible.
