Vice President of Product and Technology PMO

Responsibilities

• Drive evolution of planning and delivery operating models across Product and Technology
• Establish PMO as a strategic partner influencing priority decisions
• Develop frameworks for prioritization balancing customer value and business outcomes
• Collaborate with leaders on large cross-company initiatives
• Communicate delivery commitments and manage risks transparently
• Design and govern a streamlined, outcome-driven portfolio management approach
• Oversee critical cross-functional programs including major product launches and M&A integrations

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Program Management, Technical Operations, or R&D Operations within high-growth SaaS or e-commerce environments
• 5+ years of experience leading a global PMO or similar strategic operations function
• Experience in implementing portfolio management and workforce visibility tools
• Strong understanding of SaaS and platform architecture with technical fluency
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, and hybrid product development models
• Exceptional executive communication and partnering skills
• Empathetic leadership grounded in data-driven decision-making
