About the role
The Vice President of Philanthropy oversees all philanthropic initiatives, manages partnerships with non-profit organizations, and develops strategies to enhance community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee philanthropic initiatives and partner with non-profit organizations to enhance community engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase funding and support for charitable causes.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including board members, donors, and community leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on philanthropic goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., nonprofit management, public relations).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful partnership development and community engagement.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
