Vice President of Patient Experience
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings. So we need to map content accordingly. Thus sections: - About the role: could include Position Summary and maybe About Us? But About Us is company description; maybe we can include in About the role? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings. So we can include About Us as part of About the role? Probably yes: About the role could contain Position Summary and maybe About Us? But About Us is not about the role. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we could put About Us in a
under About the role? Might be okay. Or we could omit About Us? But we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include it somewhere. Since we don't have a heading for "About Us", we can put it under About the role as a paragraph. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities. - Requirements: Education, Licensure/Certification, Experience (maybe combine). Could also include "Experience" as part of Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities? But they also have a separate "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities" heading. Actually they have "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:" as a subsection under Qualifications? The posting shows after Experience they list "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:" then bullet items. So we could treat Qualifications as Education+Experience, and Skills as Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. That matches allowed headings. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. - Benefits: none given, so omit. - Pay: Salary Description. - Schedule: Work Environment location and schedule. We must not include empty sections. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each bullet point as list items. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip the EEO statement, Disclaimer, etc. Also remove "Employment Classification Status: Full-time FLSA: Exempt" maybe not needed? It's not boilerplate? Might be considered metadata but could be kept? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include employment classification in a short p under Schedule or Work Environment? But we don't have a heading for Work Environment. Could include under Schedule as a short p. But maybe better to drop it as minor metadata. However we need to preserve all substantive information; employment classification is substantive? Might be considered minor metadata. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can either include a short p or drop. I'd include a short p under Schedule maybe. Also need to remove "Key Essential Functions" list (must be able to remain stationary, etc.) That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered requirements? Could be included under Requirements? But it's about physical ability. Might be considered part of Requirements. However the instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could include those as list under Requirements. But they are not typical requirements; still we can include. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's extract content. About Us paragraph: "At Gifthealth, we're revolutionizing the way people experience healthcare by simplifying the process of managing prescriptions and health services. Our mission is to provide a seamless, personalized, and efficient healthcare experience for all our customers. Position Summary: "Reporting to the EVP of Patient Experience, the VP of Patient Access role owns the inbound patient-facing contact center function across every hub and DTP program Gifthealth runs. Key Responsibilities: list of bullet points (each starts with a verb). We'll need to capture each as
- . Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field (Required), Master’s degree (Preferred). Licensure/Certification: None. Experience: list of items (15+ years..., 3+ years..., Experience with ownership..., Experience managing voice and chat..., Experience in healthcare..., Experience managing triage..., Experience building and managing QA..., Experience in a hub services..., Experience operating in or building a POD..., Experience in a direct-to-patient..., Experience with managing pharmacist consultation..., Experience preparing and presenting..., Experience with HIPAA-compliant...). We'll need to list each as
- under Requirements? Or maybe under Qualifications? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. Likely Requirements = Education, Licensure/Certification, Experience. Qualifications = Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities? But they also have a separate "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:" heading. That matches. Thus: - Requirements: Education, Licensure/Certification, Experience (list items). - Skills: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (list items). We also have "Ability to ..." items under Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities? Actually after the knowledge bullet list, there is a list of abilities starting with "Ability to balance efficiency..." etc. Those are also part of Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. So we include them as list items under Skills. Now Pay: Salary Description: "$180,000-$235,000". We'll put in
. Schedule: Work Environment includes Location: Hybrid / Remote Schedule: [8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday with night and weekend hours on occasion as determined by the needs of the business and cross-facility travel as needed]. Also includes meeting details. We'll put location and schedule in a
. Also maybe include meeting details as part of schedule? Could be separate but we can include as part of schedule description. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, Disclaimer, etc. Also remove "Employment Classification Status: Full-time FLSA: Exempt". Might drop. Now produce HTML fragment:
About the role
About Us paragraph + Position Summary combined? Could separate into two
but we can combine. Better to keep separate paragraphs for readability. Thus:
