Vice President of Organizational Development

Banking Park View is seeking a Vice President of Organizational Development to join our Senior Leadership Team in Harrisonburg, VA.

In this key leadership role, you’ll partner with our CEO and executive team to:

• Shape organizational growth
• Strengthen culture and workforce development initiatives
• Oversee human resources and training
• Lead succession planning and organizational effectiveness
• Serve as a strategic liaison between the Board of Directors, President’s Office, and management team
• Help position Park View for long-term success
