The project aims to provide a high-end hospitality experience that integrates faith-based amenities with modern luxury. The organization is assembling a select group of senior executives and equity partners to lead and shape this landmark development. Prospective team members will join at an early stage, with the opportunity to influence strategy, design, and long-term growth. Role Description The Vice President of Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL, responsible for leading all aspects of the resort’s development lifecycle. This role oversees project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, and coordinates with architects, contractors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful execution. The individual will develop and implement capital and fundraising strategies, engage potential equity partners and philanthropic supporters, and manage relationships with lenders and investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project performance, managing risk, preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, zoning, and community requirements. The Vice President of Development will also collaborate closely with executive leadership to refine the project vision, support marketing and pre-opening initiatives, and help position the resort for long-term financial and operational success.
