Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement operational excellence initiatives across all departments to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring scalable growth and operational sustainability.
• Oversee business development efforts to identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

• Direct financial management activities including budget planning, forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and operational analysis to maximize profitability.

• Supervise senior leadership teams, providing guidance on operational management, project execution, and team development to ensure high performance across functions.
