Vice President of Operations
About the role
The Vice President of Operations plays a critical leadership role within Structure Hospitality, overseeing a portfolio of hotels, supporting owner relationships, developing General Managers, driving financial performance, leading hotel transitions and onboarding efforts, and executing company initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate is an experienced multi-property hotel operator with strong financial acumen, leadership ability, and a proven track record of improving performance and developing teams. This role requires regular travel and direct involvement with hotel owners, General Managers, corporate team members, and property-level operations. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area, although qualified candidates throughout the Mountain West and Southwest United States will be considered.
