Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities
- Provide operational support, leadership, and guidance in the current and future operations of the sector
- Lead a growing team of program, project, and technical leaders in providing best in class IT services
- Identify and hire the absolute best leadership we can find for our client delivery teams
- Support, train, and mentor program and project managers for success in the performance of their work
Qualifications
- An entrepreneurial desire to build a business
- An informed opinion on what leadership is (and is not)
- A leadership philosophy/methodology
- Experience collaborating with sales, business development, recruiting, contracts, and finance in the pursuit of new contracts/proposals
- Experience collaborating with program managers, project managers, and clients to improve the delivery of services and create “client delight”
- Experience in training and mentorship of project and program managers in the performance of their duties
- Experience being responsible and accountable for the P&L of your area of responsibility
- 10+ years of Program and/or Operations Director/VP experience leading federal IT services work across multiple agencies/components
- Must have experience with $25M+ of revenue and managing 100+ FTE
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
Benefits
The projected compensation range for this position is $180,000 to $250,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
