About the role
The Vice President of Operations oversees all operational functions within the company, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational functions including logistics, supply chain, and facilities management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal service levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

$150,000 - $180,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
