Vice President of Operations
Position Description
Join a leading telecommunications infrastructure company as the Vice President of Operations for the Western Region. This full-time, onsite role based in Mesa, AZ, offers executive leadership over multi-state telecommunications network construction across California, Nevada, and Utah. You will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance, managing a regional team of approximately 40 employees and overseeing a business generating over $25 million annually.

Top Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications infrastructure, underground utility, or heavy civil construction
- 7+ years of experience leading multi-market operations with full profit and loss accountability
- Strong understanding of Percentage-of-Completion (POC) and Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting principles
