Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across two locations
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable location operations managers
- Own operational KPIs and drive measurable performance improvement
- Improve job costing accuracy and gross margin performance
- Standardize processes, workflows, and reporting systems across both locations
- Oversee scheduling, personnel, and capacity planning
- Partner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives and expansion
- Strengthen hiring, onboarding, and leadership development systems
- Improve AR performance and overall operational cash flow discipline
- Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and quality control standards
- Oversee and contribute to sales, marketing, and business development efforts
Qualifications
- Experienced multi-location operations leader in a service-based business
- Strong financial acumen with full PL ownership experience
- Systems-driven, process-oriented, and execution focused
- Efficient and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and implement multiple software platforms
- Proven experience managing and leading entire teams across multiple departments
- Confident leader who holds managers accountable and drives performance
- Comfortable traveling between locations
- Hands-on when necessary, while capable of thinking strategically
- Clear communicator who builds alignment, ownership, and results
