Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across two locations
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable location operations managers
  • Own operational KPIs and drive measurable performance improvement
  • Improve job costing accuracy and gross margin performance
  • Standardize processes, workflows, and reporting systems across both locations
  • Oversee scheduling, personnel, and capacity planning
  • Partner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives and expansion
  • Strengthen hiring, onboarding, and leadership development systems
  • Improve AR performance and overall operational cash flow discipline
  • Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and quality control standards
  • Oversee and contribute to sales, marketing, and business development efforts

Qualifications

  • Experienced multi-location operations leader in a service-based business
  • Strong financial acumen with full PL ownership experience
  • Systems-driven, process-oriented, and execution focused
  • Efficient and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and implement multiple software platforms
  • Proven experience managing and leading entire teams across multiple departments
  • Confident leader who holds managers accountable and drives performance
  • Comfortable traveling between locations
  • Hands-on when necessary, while capable of thinking strategically
  • Clear communicator who builds alignment, ownership, and results
