Qualifications
- Bachelor's in related field required, Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including oversight of multi-program operations and external partnerships
- Proven experience developing and implementing strategic plans, marketing initiatives, and cross-departmental projects
- Preferred: Experience in managed care environments and/or navigating managed care contracts.
