About the role
The Vice President of Operations oversees all operational functions, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, processes, and projects. This includes strategic planning, supply chain management, facility operations, and workforce development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage supply chain operations to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of new initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Pay
- $150,000 - $180,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
