Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that support ONE's portfolio of consumer engagement programs, products, and platforms while advancing business growth and commercial objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction for the marketing organization by establishing priorities, aligning resources, and empowering marketing leaders to deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee the planning and optimization of consumer marketing programs across digital communications, lifecycle marketing, promotions, content, and partner-supported initiatives to strengthen customer engagement.
- Partner with business and sales leaders to develop marketing strategies that enhance the customer experience, support sales objectives, maximize the value of ONE's products and services, and improve conversion across all consumer sales channels.
- Lead the evolution of marketing operations by optimizing processes, workflows, resource planning, marketing technologies, and operational efficiencies.
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, and marketing performance data to evaluate results, optimize initiatives, and inform strategic recommendations.
- Represent the marketing organization with executive leadership, strategic partners, and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on consumer marketing strategy and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, collaborating on integrated marketing initiatives that support shared objectives and deliver value to customers.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing priorities with enterprise initiatives, ensuring effective planning, communication, and execution across the organization.
- Monitor evolving consumer trends, marketplace dynamics, and competitive insights to identify opportunities that strengthen marketing strategies, enhance the customer experience, and support business growth.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing marketing organization that encourages accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including responsibility for leading multi-functional marketing organizations.
- Background in travel, hospitality, loyalty, membership, or other customer engagement-focused industries is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success developing and leading integrated marketing strategies that strengthen customer engagement, support commercial objectives, and deliver measurable business results.
- Proven ability to partner with sales, product, and business leaders to develop marketing strategies that support revenue growth and improve customer conversion.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, customer journey orchestration, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Experience leveraging enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms to support customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalization, and campaign management; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging marketing analytics and customer insights to evaluate performance, optimize initiatives, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated success building collaborative marketing initiatives with strategic partners or enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations, data governance, and marketing compliance best practices related to consumer communications and customer data.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, strategic partners, and cross-functional teams.
