Vice President of Marketing and Digital Services
About the role
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, this individual will oversee marketing operations, including in-house design services, market analysis, and data analytics. The Vice President of Marketing and Digital Services will strategically lead member-facing digital services such as online applications and the website, take ownership of the member experience, map the member journey, and apply innovation to overall member engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing operations, including in-house design services, market analysis, and data analytics.
- Strategically manage member-facing digital services, including online applications and the credit union’s website.
- Own and enhance the member experience by mapping the member journey and driving innovation in member engagement.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience leading marketing and digital services for a financial institution.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using technology to support the member experience.
- Experience with market expansion is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
