Vice President of Lending

About the role

The Vice President of Lending is responsible for overseeing all lending operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative lending products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the lending operations including underwriting, credit risk management, and loan servicing.
• Develop and implement lending strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the lending team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in lending, financial services, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

$150,000 - $200,000 annually.

Schedule
