About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Imaging Services to lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of our enterprise-wide imaging services across multiple locations.

Chief Operating Officer

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for imaging services across all locations.
  • Provide executive leadership for multi-site imaging operations, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
  • Standardize workflows, establish performance metrics, and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead departmental budgeting, capital planning, equipment acquisition, and financial performance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
  • Partner with leadership teams to support new clinic openings, imaging service expansion, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Identify and implement innovative technologies and operational improvements that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing imaging leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across departments to align imaging services with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree (MHA, MBA, or related discipline) preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including responsibility for imaging services.
  • Demonstrated success managing imaging operations across multiple outpatient, physician practice, or hospital-based locations.
  • Prominent experience in strategic planning, operational improvement, financial management, and organizational growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, quality initiatives, and imaging technologies preferred.
