Vice President of Finance, Services

About the role

The Presidio Vice President of Finance, Services role requires a thought leader to guide Presidio's Services Practices leadership on strategic and commercial matters. This individual will collaborate with executives to create detailed budgets, oversee financial management, and present financial analysis to department heads. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role demands coordination and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Services Practices leadership teams
• Provide thought leadership in financial and operational decisions
• Create detailed budgets for operations
• Own and ensure accuracy of business unit financials
• Manage budget and provide oversight on financial management with discipline and controls
• Support Annual Planning through market and historical performance analysis
• Establish key business metrics and KPIs to measure performance and highlight risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting teams for company-wide financial modeling, monthly close, reporting, and ad-hoc projects
• Provide finance approvals for ongoing operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 15+ years of related work experience, including 7 years of FP&A or finance business partnership experience
• Results-oriented with a high bias for action and strong accountability
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience partnering with executive management
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience building collaborative relationships across the organization
• Ability to manage high-performing teams and prioritize multiple projects
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications (MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA)
• Experience in technology or professional service sectors
• Experience with planning systems like OneStream
• Experience with accounting systems like D365
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, etc.
• Previous leadership experience
