- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive accounting and finance experience; significant experience in construction accounting, required
- Prominent experience leading and developing accounting or finance teams, with experience building scalable systems and processes
- Strong proficiency with technology, including familiarity with systems such as: Acumatica, Sage Intacct, Procore, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; essential
