Vice President of Finance and Administration

About the role

The VP of Finance and Administration will lead all financial, administrative, and accounting infrastructure at LFG Homes, reporting directly to the CEO. This executive role combines daily financial operations with high-level strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting operations including AP, AR, and payroll
• Drive monthly close, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant policies
• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage cash flow, ACH transfers, and banking relationships
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term capital planning
• Oversee insurance renewals, benefits, and HR operations
• Manage compliance for 30+ entities including tax filings and K‑1 coordination
• Evaluate and scale financial systems to support growth

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in accounting, financial reporting, and multi-entity operations
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Construction or real estate experience a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
