About the role
The company is actively seeking a visionary Vice President for Early Clinical Development in Radiopharmaceutical Therapies. This critical leadership position is vital for connecting research and clinical development. The successful candidate will spearhead the clinical strategy and provide medical oversight for innovative radiopharmaceutical therapies, concentrating on the First-in-Human strategy.
Responsibilities
- Transforming groundbreaking preclinical findings into comprehensive clinical programs that prove early safety, biological activity, and therapeutic potential.
- Offer medical direction, guide cross-functional teams, and collaborate with oncology leaders to formulate combination strategies.
Requirements
- An advanced degree (MD or PhD) in oncology, nuclear medicine, or a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 12 years of drug development experience, specifically in designing early-phase clinical protocols for radiopharmaceutical therapies.
- A history of leading clinical teams within a biotech context.
- Expertise in First-in-Human design, theranostic strategy, advanced dosimetry knowledge, and radiotoxicity management.
