About the role

The Vice President of Construction Operations will oversee and drive the success of the Orlando operations for a Top ENR Rated GC. This leadership role will involve managing teams, streamlining operations, and aligning construction initiatives with broader business objectives.

• Oversee project managers and construction teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for improved efficiency and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align construction goals with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide detailed reports to senior leadership.
• Manage resource allocation and resolve any operational challenges effectively.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within construction processes.

Pay

• Competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $225,000 USD.
