Vice President of Clinical Services

Overview

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services to lead and elevate clinical excellence across its growing senior living portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the clinical vision for a multi-state organization
• Influence resident outcomes and quality-of-life standards
• Build and scale clinical systems during organizational growth
• Partner with executive leadership to drive enterprise strategy
• Shape leadership development across regional and community clinical teams
• Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for health and wellness
• Develop and execute company-wide clinical strategy and standards
• Oversee clinical systems, KPIs, and quality assurance programs
• Monitor regulatory compliance across multiple states
• Lead and mentor Regional Directors of Clinical and community-level clinical leaders
• Develop training frameworks and standardized best practices
• Analyze clinical data and trends to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with Operations and Sales leadership to ensure resident-centered service delivery
• Support survey readiness, audits, and regulatory reviews
• Contribute to growth strategy, acquisitions, and new development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Active RN license preferred; multi-state experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 7+ years of senior living or long-term care leadership experience
• Multi-site clinical oversight experience
• Strong knowledge of multi-state regulatory environments
• Demonstrated success building and improving clinical systems
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
• Exceptional leadership presence and communication skills

• Experience in developing and implementing clinical strategies and standards
• Ability to manage complex regulatory environments across multiple states
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
