Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise clinical advisory strategy.
- Lead and mentor a national Clinical Advisor organization.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to create clinical engagement strategies.
- Oversee all clinical advisory activities, including product demonstrations and customer education.
- Provide clinical guidance to inform product development and innovation.
- Collaborate with Clinical Affairs to identify and address evidence gaps.
- Establish the company’s clinical education strategy for healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred.
- Advanced clinical certifications preferred, such as WOCN or CWON.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
- At least 7 years of experience leading clinical teams in healthcare or related organizations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive hospital leadership.
- Experience in medical device commercialization or clinical implementation programs preferred.
Pay
$100,000+ annually
