Vice President of Clinical Advisory Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise clinical advisory strategy.
• Lead and mentor a national Clinical Advisor organization.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to create clinical engagement strategies.
• Oversee all clinical advisory activities, including product demonstrations and customer education.
• Provide clinical guidance to inform product development and innovation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Affairs to identify and address evidence gaps.
• Establish the company’s clinical education strategy for healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred.
• Advanced clinical certifications preferred, such as WOCN or CWON.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
• At least 7 years of experience leading clinical teams in healthcare or related organizations.
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive hospital leadership.
• Experience in medical device commercialization or clinical implementation programs preferred.

Pay

$100,000+ annually
