Vice President of Advancement

About the role

To participate in the development and execution of strategic fundraising initiatives that support the organization's mission and financial sustainability. This role will work closely with the Grant Manager, Marketing, and Community Engagement teams to cultivate donor relationships, secure funding, and promote philanthropic engagement. This position reports to the President and CEO, who evaluates performance annually.
