Vice President, North America Marketing

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President North America Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing partner to North America commercial leadership
• Co-own pipeline and revenue goals with the sales organization
• Develop and execute the integrated marketing plan aligned with revenue targets
• Collaborate on mid and lower-funnel marketing programs to drive pipeline
• Build and maintain regional field marketing strategies and campaigns
• Orchestrate integrated plan execution with Centers of Excellence
• Lead the development of compelling client case studies and success stories

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in regional or field marketing roles
• Strong background in adtech and programmatic advertising
• Proven partnership with sales leadership at VP/CRO level for revenue goals
• Expertise in demand generation and mid/lower-funnel marketing
• Experience building account-based marketing programs at scale
• Demonstrated success in leading diverse marketing teams
• Strong communications skills for engaging with executive and sales teams

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $325,000 – $350,000 annually
