Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in monetization, live operations, or product management in the gaming industry, with a strong preference for free-to-play or social casino experience.
- Proven track record of leading or consulting on monetization strategy across multiple game titles or at a portfolio level.
- Confident analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions and can translate complex performance data into clear strategic direction.
- Deep expertise in free-to-play business models, player lifecycle economics, pricing strategies, and live ops.
- Experienced cross-functional collaborator who can build trust and influence across product, analytics, design, and marketing teams.
- Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, and I know when to do each.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working across multiple game genres or titles simultaneously, either in a leadership or consulting capacity.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling, LTV forecasting, and game economy design.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and game-level teams alike.
- Experience building or scaling a monetization function, center of excellence, or shared services team.
