About the role

As a Vice President, Marketing - SalesFirst, you will lead the marketing strategy and execution for BKX Holdings, LLC, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across all channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support and complement their goals.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of promotional events and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and optimizing ROI.
  • Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and public relations principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
