Vice President, Market Access, HEOR and Patient Services - Radiopharma

Responsibilities

• Create and lead U.S. market access strategy for the radiopharmaceutical portfolio
• Develop strategies across payer access and reimbursement policy
• Lead planning related to Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS dynamics
• Define and lead HEOR and value evidence strategies
• Oversee development of access-related tools and programs
• Lead field reimbursement and patient service strategy
• Provide strategic guidance on provider economics and reimbursement barriers
• Engage externally to shape the reimbursement and coverage environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in market access, reimbursement, HEOR, or health policy
• Experience in specialty pharma or complex healthcare segments
• Expertise in U.S. reimbursement including Medicare/CMS
• Proven experience with field reimbursement and provider support
• Background in shaping external policy and influencing coverage
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in fast-paced environments

Pay

$240,000 – $360,000 annually
