Good American is the first fully inclusive fashion brand that celebrates all dimensions of female power. Offering quality, style, and substance in every size — 00-32, we are committed to challenging industry norms by empowering all women to feel sexy and confident no matter their size or shape. The brand was launched in October 2016 by Emma Grede and Khloé Kardashian to empower all women to celebrate their bodies with confidence by offering high-quality designs in all sizes. What started as the largest denim launch in history has evolved into an iconic and inclusive fashion line of denim, ready-to-wear, swim, and accessories.
About the role
As the Vice President of Logistics for Good American, you will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations to ensure the efficient and timely movement of products from suppliers to distribution centers, retail, and headquarters. You will play a critical role in managing and improving our logistics network to support the company's growth and expansion, both domestically and internationally.
- Ensure product leaves our outsourced factories across the globe on time and arrives on time to our distribution centers at the optimal and most efficient cost, prioritizing boat vs. air unless cost suggests otherwise.
- Optimize flows in our 3PLs, from inbound and put-away to pick, pack, ship, and return to shelves.
- Oversee three different channels:
- Wholesale: Ensure chargebacks are exceptional and at a low level; comply with routing guides of every account; understand the urgency of shipping close to open ship date vs. cancel ship date.
- Ecommerce: Ensure all KPIs and SLAs with external warehouses are met or exceeded; deliver efficient operations while providing the best service to customers.
- Retail: With an expanding footprint, work with Planning to develop the optimal replenishment model to properly stock our brick-and-mortar stores.
- Build strong relationships with external 3PLs to ensure best-in-class practices while delivering or exceeding efficiency expectations from a cost perspective.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, inventory management, and retail and wholesale operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of logistics activities with overall business goals.
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve logistics performance, including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and distribution processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to transportation, import/export, and warehouse operations.
- Drive innovation in logistics technology and automation to streamline operations and enhance visibility across the supply chain.
