Position Overview
The VP of Logistics is responsible for the overall strategic execution of the warehouse, transportation and facilities in both Austin and Waco. This role requires a focus on continuous process improvement, developing & implementing initiatives that bring speed, flexibility, compliance and connectivity to CTFB’s logistics and distribution processes. As the VP of Logistics this role requires flexibility in operating hours and the ability to travel as needed. You will have direct responsibility for building people, process, planning, and systems capabilities to support strategy and meet service and total cost of ownership objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Leads logistics and supply chain operations, including forecasting, inventory, product movement, supplier management, and distribution across CTFB’s 21-county service area and partner network. Evaluates processes and supplier performance to improve efficiency, reliability, and service levels.
