Vice President – Liquid Financing Solutions
About the role
Join our Barclays team as Vice President – Liquid Financing Solutions and contribute to the effective oversight of a diverse transaction portfolio by staying attuned to evolving market trends, financial products, and regulatory expectations.
Purpose of the role: Liquid Finance Platform covers a variety of roles and is central to the delivery of best-in-class products and services, and for the provision of strategic client and risk solutions across the full spectrum of the Prime Financing businesses.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll provide insightful analytics and MIS to inform strategic actions, oversee the full lifecycle of portfolio activity from negotiation through settlement, and act as a central coordination point across internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Accountabilities include:
- Working with clients to optimise the Liquid Financing relationship
- Provide best-in-class service and escalation oversight
- Primary contact for Liquid Financing clients in areas such as trading, risk, billing and reporting
- Provide expertise on industry and regulatory initiatives
- Subject matter expert for our clients, with a deep understanding of each client’s business mix, operational requirements and product sensitivities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Programming experience specifically in Python, SQL
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver vying priorities
- Good communication and people skills
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, math, or finance (preferred)

- Experience in Structuring
- Experience in building MIS

Pay
Minimum Salary: $125,000.00
Maximum Salary: $175,000.00
