About the role

Enterprise leadership of all multi-state laboratory operations, strategy, and P&L. Two divisional VPs and the full lab organization beneath them. The roadmap for innovation, automation, and scalable lab technology across the network. Regulatory excellence and inspection readiness across FDA, CLIA, FACT, AABB, and state DOH.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-state laboratory operations across seven-plus states
• Set strategy and oversee P&L for the laboratory enterprise
• Drive innovation, automation, and scalable lab technology deployment
• Ensure regulatory excellence and inspection readiness across FDA, CLIA, FACT, AABB, and state DOH

Requirements

• 15+ years in blood banking or comprehensive laboratory operations, with 5+ in progressive leadership
• Proven success leading multi-site, multi-state labs in highly regulated CLIA and/or cGMP environments
• Direct experience with FDA, CLIA, and state Departments of Health, including leading inspections and CAPA to closure
• B.S. in Medical Technology or related field (advanced degree a plus)

Compensation

$270,000 to $300,000 per year, plus bonus.
