Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will own a highly visible communications function that connects executive leadership, institutional investors, and the broader market. The role will shape a clear corporate narrative around the organization’s strategy, scientific progress, and business performance. It will also prepare senior leaders for investor-facing interactions while helping to strengthen market understanding and confidence in the company. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $317,000 – $347,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations and corporate communications strategy Shape the corporate narrative, brand identity, and messaging frameworks Build and cultivate relationships with institutional investors and analysts Lead investor engagement activities, including conferences and roadshows Prepare senior leadership for high-profile investor interactions and communications Oversee investor-facing and public communications materials Monitor investor sentiment and market trends to inform strategy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Biology, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 12-15 years of leadership experience in investor relations or corporate communications in biotech or life sciences Significant oncology experience with innovative therapeutic platforms and complex modalities Exceptional communication skills to translate complex scientific and business developments Strong understanding of capital markets and biotech valuation drivers Established relationships with key investors, analysts, and media in healthcare/life sciences Experience managing external agencies and performance measurement Benefits Annual bonus program Incentive stock option plan 401k plan with employer contribution Comprehensive medical insurance with high employer-paid premiums Unlimited PTO Generous holiday schedule including company shutdowns Relocation assistance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
