  • Experience working closely with Medical Affairs, clinical or scientific colleagues on data‑driven communications.
  • Meaningful public‑company investor relations experience, including familiarity with SEC disclosure requirements, Reg FD, and investor‑facing communications.

What to Expect

Hemab is still building much of its own structure; systems are created as needed, so the role will involve building processes rather than inheriting a finished one. The company works across two hubs (Cambridge, MA and Copenhagen, Denmark) and multiple time zones, requiring deliberate effort to bridge them. Priorities can shift quickly as the company grows. This environment is energizing for those who want to help shape the operating manual, but may be frustrating for those seeking a fully established playbook.

Why Hemab

At Hemab, your work connects directly to preventing bleeds for patients with serious bleeding disorders, offering a chance to stop a bleed before it happens rather than reacting after. You will join at a stage where individual decisions carry real weight and your work can help turn promising science into a preventative treatment that reaches patients. Hemab aims to treat people with care, honesty, and respect, extending that mindset to employees, and is building consistency across hiring processes. The company builds balanced candidate slates and assesses everyone against a single standard, and will provide reasonable adjustments upon request.
