The Vice President, Investment Banking - Infrastructure M&A Advisory role is currently being managed by a partner company on behalf of a leading independent infrastructure financial advisor in North America. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex infrastructure advisory engagements and shape strategic outcomes for major transactions across global markets.

You will play a key role in originating opportunities, managing deal execution, and delivering high-value financial advice to sophisticated clients. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, relationship management, and business development responsibilities. You will work on diverse infrastructure sectors, including energy, renewable power, digital infrastructure, transportation, and public-private partnerships. Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in infrastructure finance, investment banking, financial advisory, or related transaction-focused roles.
- Proven experience advising on infrastructure transactions from strategy and structuring through execution and closing.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex infrastructure mandates and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with infrastructure funds, investors, sponsors, governments, or corporate stakeholders is preferred.
- Strong business development capabilities with experience identifying opportunities and supporting successful pitches.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop junior team members.
- Comfortable working with geographically dispersed teams in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
