Investment Banking, Infrastructure Finance and Advisory - Vice President
About the role
As a Vice President on the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team, you will originate, structure, and execute infrastructure finance transactions. While the team's coverage is global, as a New York-based member you will focus primarily on the Americas. You will assist with financing greenfield and brownfield projects across sectors including energy, power, digital, renewables, and transportation infrastructure. Leveraging expertise across products, sectors, and markets, you will work to integrate and customize offerings to help clients meet their strategic, financial, and risk management objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of deal execution for bank and bond financings, equity and debt advisory, focusing primarily on transactions in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure in the US
- Handle structuring, contract negotiation, due diligence, consultant management, and lead credit ratings processes
- Oversee the development of financial models
- Lead credit risk and other internal approval processes
- Assist product teams in structuring hedging products
- Work with coverage and relationship bankers to pitch for new engagements and develop client relationships
- Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- 6+ years of project/infrastructure finance experience
- Experience with infrastructure finance transactions in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Existing infrastructure client and investor relationships and knowledge of the infrastructure industry and markets
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and financial products including bank loans, bonds, rates, and structured products
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates deal team needs
- Willingness to work hard and be a team player, collaborating closely with partners in client coverage, capital markets, credit, derivatives, and control functions
- Ability to juggle deliverables for long-term transactions as well as a busy day-to-day schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- MBA or other advanced degree

Competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location.
