Vice President, Investment Banking

About the role

The Investment Bank is responsible for the investment activities of the organization, including reporting, asset allocation, risk/return objectives, client relationships, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of strategic transactions across FinTech, Banks and Specialty Finance Verticals.
• Manage project teams conducting industry research, evaluating key trends and opportunities, developing financial models, performing valuation analyses, and managing the execution of transactions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior leadership, while nurturing and building strong relationships with other industry professionals.
• Requires 20% domestic and international travel to meet with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in investment banking or related field.
• Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong track record of successfully executing complex transactions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in leading project teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $250,000.00 per year Maximum Salary: $275,000.00 per year
