Primary Functions And Essential Responsibilities
- Interfacing with portfolio company management teams, third party diligence providers, legal counsel, and other external partners
- Evaluating new investment opportunities and leading preparation of internal evaluation materials
- Leading due diligence processes, deal structuring and process execution
- Overseeing preparation and maintenance of financial models and other quantitative analysis
- Monitoring and reporting on operational and financial performance of portfolio investments
- Identifying and implementing strategies to optimize value of investments
- Managing and mentorship of junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, along with relevant work experience
- Candidates with 6+ years of experience in private equity, project finance, investment banking, development, and/or the power/energy/infrastructure sectors will be given priority
- Strong finance and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Industry knowledge and experience is strongly preferred
Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $210,000.00 - $225,000.00. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
