Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner Lead
About the role
The Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner Lead will serve as a strategic partner, leading a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to drive organizational performance, talent strategy, and workforce effectiveness. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, elevating leadership capability, and ensuring a high-impact, consistent HRBP model across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner, leading a team of HR Business Partners to drive organizational performance, talent strategy, and workforce effectiveness.
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives, elevate leadership capability, and ensure a high-impact, consistent HRBP model across the organization.
- Establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and consistent delivery standards across the HRBP function.
- Drive capability building within the HRBP team to strengthen strategic influence and business acumen.
- Execute on enterprise talent processes including performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- Partner with leaders to identify and accelerate high-potential talent and address performance gaps.
- Ensure effective calibration and consistency in performance and talent decisions.
- Guide leaders through organizational transformations, including restructuring, integrations, and growth initiatives.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and leadership effectiveness.
- Champion a continuous improvement mindset and scalable HR practices with a focus on AI integration.
- Leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, retention, and organizational health.
- Monitor key metrics and translate findings into targeted action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of HR Business Partner teams.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change leadership.
- Strong leadership presence, influencing skills, and business acumen.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
