We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Why join our team?" which is like a description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. The posting includes "Why join our team?" paragraph about mission, benefits, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "Benefits". But we have separate Benefits and Pay sections. We need to extract: - Why join our team? includes mission, generous PTO, volunteer days, military leave, 401k match, comprehensive benefits, training/education reimbursement, passionate team, fun, Great Place to Work stats. That's benefits and culture. Could go under Benefits (PTO, 401k match, benefits, training reimbursement) and maybe About the role (mission, culture). But we need to decide. We also have responsibilities list (Principal Duties and Responsibilities). That's a long list with bullet points (each preceded by *). We'll put under Responsibilities. Requirements: Education & Certification, Executive HR Experience, Strategic HR Leadership, HR Expertise & Compliance, People & Culture Orientation, Operational and Analytical Skills, Must be advocate of mission. That's qualifications. Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid duplication. Likely we put Requirements for education/experience, Qualifications for skills/competencies, Skills maybe for specific skills? But we can combine. We need to include Pay: salary range $180,000-$225,000. Schedule: in-person position located in Arlington, VA. That's location, not schedule. No schedule info given. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting states schedule. It doesn't, so omit. Benefits: we have generous PTO, volunteer days, military leave, 401k match, comprehensive benefits, training/education reimbursement. Also Great Place to Work stats maybe under Benefits or About the role. We'll put under Benefits. About the role: mission, culture, fun, Great Place to Work stats maybe. But we already used stats in Benefits? Could split: About the role includes mission, culture, fun, Great Place to Work stats. Benefits includes PTO, 401k, etc. Let's extract specifics: Why join our team? paragraph: - With a mission that spans the globe, the USO provides a rewarding and fulfilling work environment. - Our team is exceptional, and we offer generous paid time off, including volunteer days and military leave. - We have a remarkable 401k match, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for training and education reimbursement. - Our team members are passionate about putting the mission first, and we have a lot of fun while doing it. - Working for the USO isn't just a job – it's a calling, and we believe in doing what you love and loving what you do. - A Certified Great Place to Work® Don’t just take our word for it—our people have spoken. Engage with the Board of Governors’ relevant committees (e.g., Compensation or HR Committee) on executive compensation, CEO performance evaluation, succession planning, and overall human capital strategy . Represent the USO’s HR function externally as needed, embodying best-in-class nonprofit HR practices. We need to keep them as list items. Now Requirements/Education & Certification etc. Education & Certification: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field required. - Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or related field preferred. - Current professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or SPHR) strongly preferred. Must be a strong advocate of the USO’s mission. Now Skills: maybe we can extract specific skills from above: HRIS, data analytics, budgeting, payroll partnership, process improvement, service delivery, etc. But we could put under Skills heading. But we already have Operational and Analytical Skills as a section; maybe we treat that as Skills. Qualifications maybe combine Education & Certification, Executive HR Experience, Strategic HR Leadership, HR Expertise & Compliance, People & Culture Orientation. But we need to follow instruction: Use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We could map: - About the role: mission, culture, fun, Great Place to Work stats. - Responsibilities: the long list. - Requirements: Education & Certification, Executive HR Experience (maybe also Nonprofit experience). - Qualifications: Strategic HR Leadership, HR Expertise & Compliance, People & Culture Orientation. - Skills: Operational and Analytical Skills (HRIS, data analytics, etc.) plus maybe advocacy. - Benefits: PTO, volunteer days, military leave, 401k match, comprehensive benefits, training/education reimbursement. - Pay: salary range $180,000-$225,000. - Schedule: not present, omit.
